Buy some filleted fish today, fry it skin down first, few herbs, a little S+P, a little herbs.
Put cheese on the top and finish it under the grill, should take 10-15 mins start to finish.
Buy some Potato Gratin from the supermarket, 30-40 mins in the oven. Boil, dry and then add some Asparagus in with the fish for 2 mins at the end. When you serve it, lay the Asparagus over the fish.
This might sound complicated but its quite easy, not dry, not too expensive.
Swap asparagus for Brocolli if you like to save a quid or two |

Buy some chicken breats, trim the white shit off it as it only goes hard after cooking.
Place the breast in a carrier bag and hit fuck out of it, go on, flatten the bastard/s.
Chop 1 red chilli, and get some herbs, fresh or not, dosent matter.
Brush the flattened breats with olive oil, sprinkle the herbs and very small chopped chilli bits over them.
Crush a garlic clove, and stick a frying pan on, keep it dry but get the mofo smoking, needs to be hot.
Drop the breasts in the pan, after 5 mins, flip them fuckers over, add the crushed garlic at this stage (any sooner it will go black). Sprinkle with parmesan (or other cheese) and cook for 5 mins. You can always add oil to the frying pan if its dry.
Remove when cooked, drizzle with oil, slice in half, then slice the pieces too.
Amazing chicken that hasnt dried out, chuck it on top of a salad. |

No. One of the few things I like about him is he gets his kids involved, could just be for the camera's and to try and get the public back on his side - he had an affair.
I tend to take bits from loads of chefs and invent my own stuff. This years best invention was that chicken and Caramel Chicken - Ive since found out its already a popular asian dish.
I only swore as I was fucking ratty with myself but Im ok now |

Im working late ish tonight so for my tea:
Buy some Belly Pork from Asda (£2.30 ish).
Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil and Chilli, stick it in the oven, turn it around every 10 mins or so, then serve it, nothing else.
Quick way to a heart attack but quite often I cant be fucked with the veggies, potatoes and all that shit. Crispy, tasty Belly Pork. |

The trick with Roasties, is Red Potatoes, Duck Fat and maybe some herbs. Part boil them, then shake them in the colinder, they go fluffy and almost damaged, that will give amazing texture. Throw some garlic (still in the wrapper)and chooped rosemary in, 15 mins from the end.
Its almost roast dinner season again (Oct - March) |

Oooh get you
Spag Bol or Chilli I use the sauce as a base and build from there, I just find it easier. I dont eat healthy so to me it makes no difference. I had a Chilli once with Beef Cubes, the traditional way by all accounts, was nice, but differn't. |

Yeah exactly, I don't eat prawns and not a huge fan of pork but as you say it's healthy with the veg you put in and make as little or as much as you want....perfect! |

Get some roasting bags. You'll find them in the same section as clingfilm and foil. Chuck a chicken breast into a bag and pour in a little oil then throw in whatever herbs and spices you have! Massage the breast through the bag to make sure it's well coated. Seal the bag making sure you've left some air in the bag. Pop on a baking tray and cook at around 190 degrees for about 40 mins. During this time, you can boil some veg, potatoes or prepare a salad. When it's done, check the chicken is cooked though by cutting it in half. Easy!

I find its cheaper to make a sauce from tinned chopped or sieved tomatoes and add onion, garlic, herbs, spices, whatever! You then know exactly what's in it and it's so much healthier as the only added salt and sugar is what you've added (if you choose to do so).
