I had a lovely meet tonight/last night before work, I'm currently in work.

At times it can be but gives you the availability of daytime meets too. We manage it and were both of totally different shifts.

A week of nights and 2 till 10 isn't helping me much I'm afraid lol

I am a shift worker...and never found it difficult, but then again I am a female!!!

Not difficult but trickier as we only meet at weekends and maybe only once a month or less if my shifts are horrendous

Most people are patient though

Pretty sure shift workers get time off as well as 9-5ers?

Plus - there'll be other shift workers on site.

I've worked days, nights, all kinds of working patterns in the past - and never found it a reason not to get meets.

Being a 'shift worker' doesn't exclude people from meeting. Other things often do - but working patterns will never be the only reason.
