I miss my thigh gap! I had a lovely one until I started playing rugby and my legs bulked up!
But a good protein diet (not that kind mucky heads) and lots of squats, lunges and running is working towards it (only want a little teeny one nothing massive as i know its a bit thing to go for) |

Definitely! I want the natural one I had back but I would never ever go for one I never had.. Theres an eating disorder clinic near me and some of the girls are so perilously thin I just want to hug them and tell they are beautiful whatever they eat!

My post was a bit tongue in cheek. I remember when some of the lads were creaming themselves over women with gaps as I do over men with muscular and sinewy forearms but some of us have 'em, some of us don't. |

I agree with this exactly - youngsters have too much peer pressure and bad idols to aspire to
(((((Hugs )))))) keep me alive ! I used to play alot of hockey in my younger days I was never thin or slim even nowadays I cycle/ walk do Zumba for me no one else and since joining FAB SEXercise mmmmm  |
