yup im off with man flu, woke up on my day off sat mornin sneezin, thought nothin of it. till i sneezed again....and still am now,nose has been like a tap  been thru a box of tissues (for my nose that is) and a loo roll, onto a second box. wont belong before she gets it
i dont know why i get it as i drink plenty of water and fresh orange and sometimes fruit (not always tho) im on cold an flu drinks at the mo. aswell as my coffee.
must be a bug going around or change in weather |

I sympathise with your cold ! I've been away with friends for the weekend all had colds and I was fine. Today ouch!! Woke up in the night unable to catch my breath and now feel like I've done 20 rounds with mike Tyson. Seems it's got me too, more chesty than snot!!. So willing to swap your snot for my chest lol |

Three weeks for me. You can see why its a killer.
However, OP, you can drink all the orange juice you like and you'll still get a cold because its caused by a virus, not by going outside with wet hair. The saying is, if you don't take remedies your cold will last a week, and if you do it will last 7 days. Nothing helps, but the Vit C will maybe help you not feel it as much.
Painkillers, lots of water, and bed, that's your best bet. |

2 weeks i had it last time. i nearly died  hoping his will pass quik, upto now im hot (i do have my dressin gown on but thats cos im trying to sweat it out) my nose is like a tap an cant breath but i feel slowly gettin better. an yes i do take paracetamol, theres also paracetamol in cold an flu drinks. but what a weekend it has been |
