They are the best modern car anyone can get in this day n age n the very best car without buying petrol!,,,i do know that u have to put ure car on charge now n again 4 long periods of time!
But wot would happen if u just jump in yer car head off 4 france or spain etc without diconnecting the plug!!
u need a fucking long extention  |

the modern electric car battery is only good for a 100 miles before it needs charging again.what use is that in todays busy high tec world.back to the drawing board me thinks |

does anyone remember the sinclaire c5 ? looked like a electric bathtub, lol. you didnt need a licience to drive one because it wasnt classed as a mechanicly propelled vehicle. does the same apply to these new electric cars?.  |

The new Volt looks to have solved a bit of the problem, using a petrol engine to provide electicity when the battery runs out. So unlimited milage on electicity, will be interesting to see real world fuel figures as the MPG is supposed to be higher as it only provides a charge, rather than driving the wheels. |
