ooo now there's a shock!
Apparently, the 'professor' who said he had terminal cancer is now saying he could live for 5, 10 or even 20 years. It is also thought that the doctor who analysed his alleged cancer cells was given the cells of another patient who DID have cancer. A cover-up by Brown to get Libyan trade deals moving again?  |

To be fair, this is what the doc said....but yes, something does seem fishy.
'There was always a chance he could live for ten years, 20 years... but it's very unusual.
'It was clear that three months was what they were aiming for. Three months was the critical point.
'On the balance of probabilities, I felt I could sort of justify (that).'
According to Lybia this is what they say....Sources in Libya said Al Megrahi was now relying on alternative medicine to battle his cancer and would be unlikely to survive until next month to mark the one-year anniversary of his release.
