Sorry I didn't make that clear. I was referring to the alcohol one? I've only found the smoking one and obviously the idea is to quit smoking. Just haven't heard about the giving up alcohol. |

Without me prying too much can I ask what the issue is... because without the help of McMillan when my mum passed away I don't think I would be anywhere near where I am now... even now I can talk to one of their specialist councilors... |

I thought stoptober was about not smoking and sober in october was drinking
