I know some will see it as borderline criminal, but neither of us likes 'Sunday dinners'
Only days I eat anything resembling one is Christmas & Boxing Day and even then it's more about the roasties than the meat. |

"Ooohhh it has got to be lamb xxx"
Not having lamb today, but when I do it involves herb roasted potatoes & roasted swede with parmesan. Complement that with some cauliflower cheese and a few roast potatoes and you have a half decent dish. |

Snap. Sundays are piza or sausages or whatever the hell we pull out the freezer its not an excuse for a swollen meal that takes too long to cook creates too much washing up and leaves you feeling bloated. Not had sunday roast since I was a kid when mum did roast chicken every sunday.
Made a cracking toad in the hole sunday last. The yorkshire rose beautifully I was quite proud

I love lamb but I don't do it every week. I mainly have pork and crackling, roast and boiled potatoes, green beans, peas and Yorkshire pudding all topped with mint sauce, I like a bit of a mish mash.
I only tend to cook chicken mid week, don't really know why I stick to that kind of order |

I couldn't have chips, pizza or anything like that on a Sunday, unless I'm out doing something. My mum would have thought it criminal and we tend to pick up traditional things from our mothers. |
