I use a different approach with them, a polite refusal with a thanks for the compliment, followed by an invite to send their mother/wife/daughter/sister/gran etc round instead  |

You can filter out single guys easily enough on the privacy settings so no need to block them individually. I presume the OP is blocking guys too, otherwise I can't really understand why he is blocking so many.

Bloody hell, I only thought I had two or three, I actually have loads.
Looks like its mainly all the single blokes i've blocked in the chat rooms when they've either _iewed my cam or PM'd me.

We like the block buttonused for:
Single guys who"ve not read profile and send winks or friends invites.
Guys who send im free wanna meet now invites.
And mainly people from same town as us and we wont meet for privacy reasons |

We have a large blocked list. Before we understood how filters worked it was common practice for us to block anyone who sent us a message that we weren't interested in meeting. We still do this but we don't get as many messages now. |

Haven't a clue how many we have but we use it as a tool there are a few that are there due to being pests but sometimes we block people when we don't want to make the mistake and contact them again in the future if they are not for us x |

To me I think it's all about the purpose of the block. I certainly don't think the name helps.....On other forums I guess the block button would be to stop someone who annoys you contacting and replying to you.....where as here, it's main use seems to be to remove people you don't think are compatible. Perhaps it should be renamed, that may remove some of the issues people have with it...... |

Not sure why the Op has been given such harsh treatment here, I must be missing something. It's up to him how many he has on his block list and why, it's also up to him if he wants to chat about it in a thread. Others can choose to join the conversation or not.
There's nothing inherently wrong with blocking couples and single fems. |

OP.. To answer your question I've got around 70 on mine I think. I suppose the number you have depends on the reason you use the feature.
I think for some it's easier to block anyone you've contacted that isn't interested to prevent them showing up in searches and then messaging them again.
I generally only block those that are complete bellends. Or the childish idiots that send me a sarky message then block before I can reply. Lol. |
