Oh my! Primmary school end of term play! This was the one ya had to be in no matter what you was cast as! I ( mrs) played a victorian rent collector... Dressed up in top hat, black cloak and drawn on curly tash lol... Audience was asked to boo and hiss when ever i came on stage... Really enjoyed it! Character building stuff for sure... Had thick skin even then lol ( 39 years ago... Shit! ) still remember sum lines " old Joe your rent was due at noon... Where us my 4 shillings" Was in lots of plays but this one sticks in my mind as last one I did before I left that sch , ready for secondary sch .... Aww memories............ |

Year 7 - Rats (modern take on pied piper)
Year 8 - Grease
Year 9 - Jesus Christ Superstar
Year 10 - Les Miserables
Year 11 - Phantom of the Opera
i was only ever a member of the chorus, but loved being a part of each production |

I loved drama at school and went to a weekend drama school from the age of 7 to 12 so did have parts in lots of plays but my most memorable were:
Snow White, played Snow White
Ernie, played a Doctor
Jonah and the Whale, played David Bellamy
Bugsy Malone, played Tallulah
The Guardians, one of three space age guardians
The Waxworks, we wrote and directed this ourselves, it was cool
Baggy Pants and the Nitwits, wrote and directed it ourselves
