Little confused as to the question!
Every man - and consequently every penis - is different - not only in size but in sensitivity - so what gets one man screaming with pleasure may have another guy screaming with pain!
I like to kiss the tip of the penis first, looking into the guys eyes, then slowly open my moist lips taking in more of the penis - and start to circle my tongue round the shaft.
