I cant get out for a meet as there is too much going on here at the moment. Alcohol is also our of the question. Any stress busting ideas before I explode and all you lovely fab people see me on the news a t ten  |

take yourself off somewhere where no one can talk to you, outside if possible but if you have to lock yourself in the loo. Sit down, shut your eyes and breath slowly in through your nose to the count of twelve and out through your mouth to the count of twelve four or five times. Then go back inside and punch a wall
