Just had prawns in a chilli sauce , with avocado salad and natural yoghurt for afters. Was lovely and I was starving !

My next door neighbours (and very good friends, I might add) run a local Sandwich shop.

Popped up there lunchtime and had a delicious Jacket Potato with Cheese and crispy bacon.

It was yummy!
