Depends on the woman, if she's fortunate enough to be blessed with round firm boobs then great (though even small boobs can look fantastic on the right figure), if not, I've seen some beautiful boob jobs.
Here's a couple of kisses xx, the next girl with lovely boobs I get to meet, may just get two real ones... |

Having played with a pair of 'enhanced' tits, I can speak from experience and to be perfectly honest, I don't really have a preference.
Yes, they're very nice and very firm, but I'm equally happy playing with a pair of natural boobs.
For me, it's much more about all of the woman and not just her chest.
That said, if they are stupendously huge they can look a bit ridiculous.

Real the same goes for other cosmetic procedures which all carry a danger. Its a bit sad really that peer pressure and body shape achievement persuades people to fuck about with themselves. Be happy as you are is my philosophy and save the money for a holiday or if you want to give it away pick a charity. |

I'm having a tummy tuck later this year, I still have a little more weight to loose before they will do it, its nothing to do with peer pressure I want it for myself not to make men I meet happy
I can understand why some women want it doing if they feel about their boobs the way I feel about my belly
Its not vanity, it just looks ugly, like a deflated balloon, it gets me down and i would just like to be more confident about my body
I work hard and I would sooner spend the money on this than a holiday  |

Guy at work recently said he didn't have a preference until he was given a tit wank by a lady with fake ones. He then concluded he much prefers natural ones!

I prefer natural if I'm honest, but if enhanced gives a lady more confidence and boosts her self esteem then I'm all for it!
Some enhanced boobs just feel all wrong though (and some look all wrong too) - just like hard lumps. So it also depends on the quality of the boob job as well to a degree. |

My boobs are fake but I didn't have a boob job just to have big boobs. I was a nice full C cup and happy with them before having children. But after breast feeding 2 children I was left with saggy, empty breasts. They made me really miserable so last year we decided I'd have a boob job. I would never have started swinging if I hadn't had it done. I hated my husband seeing me naked before never mind complete strangers. |

I met a woman years ago who said similar about her boob job (that was lovely), she said that she had 'her own boobs' before having children, the job was done to restore rather than enhance them - I'd imagine that because she had good sized boobs prior to the op, the surgeon had a lot more to work with. |

It depends on the type of fake boobs.
I don't mind well done implants that look natural or a lift to keep things where they should be, the only thing I wouldn't see as a plus is the obviously fake type which some people go for.
The same with natural, I like small and pert or big fun bags but not saggy boobs lol
Not a dig at anyone who feels they are in my not keen on category, just my personal preference. |

Doesn't bother me at all. Mine are natural but I wouldn't think twice about having them lifted and plumped if I wasn't happy with them anymore. Xx

I know people who have gone abroad to get them done because it's cheaper. I'd never risk that. I went with Transform who are the leading cosmetic surgeons in this country. |

Some posters have got this right - its all about confidence and nothing about reason. There is nothing sexier than a confident woman and if a boob job provides this , good for her abd lucky for him. |

I had mine done in Belgium after speaking to a load of people on an English run cosmetic surgery forum that had already been. The aftercare and everything was fantastic.
My friend paid £5000 for hers at a top surgeon in Harley street and ended up with PIP implants and has had to get the removed and redone.
It's all about doing your research. It's the surgeon that's doing your operation not a company. I ended up moderating the Breast enlargement forum in the end for about a year and there are good and bad surgeons everywhere. Some of the horror stories and botch jobs I saw were just awful.  |

I prefer real in general, but there are many reasons a women will have fake ones, so I wouldn't had it against her.

Boobs are boobs , When I feel that gravity is being too harsh I will consider getting mine done. I don't think in this day and age it makes a difference. |

I've never been with a woman with fake boobs, not through choice, just circumstances, but agree, if it gives her confidence, good luck to her. I don't really like it when they look like they're going to burst through the skin though lol |
