1. I cannot run while singing along to guns n roses
2. I Definitely cannot run while moshing to SOAD and slip knot
3. I need to think my running playlist through very carefully.
However I've just managed to run/jog 5.3k first run in a long time! Not very fast time but should improve now. Running outside is much harder than on the treadmill and it's bloomin roasting out today |

It's a factor 20 sunblock which you only apply once and you get factor 20 cover all day long. It works brilliantly, even on my ridiculously sun sensitive skin (think skimmed milk colour, redhead type skin) but it's a funny liquid consistency (like egg white) and it stains whites. Once applied you have to wait for it to dry before putting clothes on. I was checking to see how much I had left and it had oozed inside the cap so when I took it off it went everywhere  |
