Right today I had a vanilla date with a really lovely girl.
Unfortunately I'm not feeling that spark but she was so 'nice' I don't want to strike the wrong tone of saying no, and coming across as a dickhead.
So should I friend zone her or just be honest?
Genuine advice please |

Just be honest with her. If there's no spark and you don't want to see if any develops then just tell her and end it there. Friending her because your feeling sorry for her cos she's 'nice' is patronising!! |

It's unfair to her and yourself to continue if you don't 'fancy' her - you're just delaying the inevitable split.
Sounds like she's ideal friend material but not girlfriend material - it'll be hard but tell her exactly that.
She'll either be gutted and you never see her again (but at least you've been honest) but hopefully she'll respect your honesty and you've made a new friend |

"Just tell her the truth mate... but fuck her first "
Naughty
Will let her know tonight, and hadn't thought about the patronising aspect so will try and avoid sounding like a tit. |

"Thanks again all, sometimes you need to take a step backwards if you're vulnerable from breakups and other stiff going on."
You might get blackblast but clarity and honest is the way to go good luck. |

Just sent an email (it was actually a PoF date) and for some reason feel slightly like a t**t.
Think I need a time out on here and PoF/dating and work on project Tigerstripe for a bit. |
