Is it the job of clubs to promote safe sex? As you say the info out there for all to see if they wish... the gum clinics and condoms free.... Is it not peoples responsability to perhaps take care if their own sexual health,? How is a club to promote safe sex? If someone chooses to be totaly ignorant is any amount of promotion gonna alter that? 
Agree with you, is important for all to take care n be safe... Just dont feel thats down to clubs to promote.... |

Good post, its interesting that when i went to a German owned swingers club in Ibiza there were bowls of free condoms dotted about the place everywhere. However clubs i've visited here in the uk, no free condoms, bring your own or buy them from behind the bar. I do always take my own anyway but just interesting that they offered them for free abroad, so no excuse there really. |

we know the risks, its upto us if we take them, some people just prefer bareback and all the promotion in the world wont change that, some people think the risks are worth taking, and that's totally upto them, just look after yourself |

clubs can get condoms for free by the hundreds so there's no excuse really for not providing them
i personally think, even thought its upto us to look after ourselves, it would be good practice if all club provided free condoms, ive been in private rooms a few times and run out, would be handy to just lean over and grab a new one out the blow  |

condoms are free in gum clinics! So if people go for regular checks they would know this?! I think personally anyone going to a club without their own condoms and expecting others to provide on the night , are not taking their OWN sexual health Seriously..... At all! Will we be expecting others to totaly wipe our arses next! We are sposed to be Adults |

I think all of the clubs I have been to provide condins free of charge. I know for sure sure one runs a monthly clinic on its premises for people to get checked out etc.
As with the majority on here I believe it is no one else's responsibility to look after your sexual health, its yours! You wouldn't go rock climbing without making sure you had the right safety equipment would you?! |

Connections in Blackpool provides free condoms. Its not the clubs that are the problem, its the people, as I found out when a guy tried to enter me sans condom at the last party there and when I said 'no way' proceeded to tell us he didn't have a condom. He'd walked past a bucket of them to get to the room! 
I always take handfuls with me to clubs, and expect others to bring some. If you want to have sex at a club and don't have condoms, you just look a bit silly. |

I wouldn't.
It only takes one twat to think pinning them is a 'laugh'.
If people visit the clinic regularly there's no need to ever pay for a condom or be without a stash. |

As i said in my original post i always take my own anyway, but maybe you missed that part?
I did notice in the club in Ibiza some couples and guys taking and using the condoms that were provided for free in the bowls, so maybe they have a different way of thinking about this sort of thing over there? The club was mainly german, french and spannish people in there. |
