I wonder how many people turn to FAB in moments where boredom is coupled with a lack of will or imagination to do something about it ?

I got a lovely message from a friend last night saying he's taking me out for lunch. Apparently I've to wear sturdy shoes and take my camera! 
That's got me out of dyeing cushion covers and washing my windows which was my original plan! Rock and roll baby!  |

Teaching my eldest son to box & trying to squeeze in a few sets on my weights while the mrs is at the gym.
When the mrs gets home we are all going to a farm so the kids can feed the pigs |
