I wake up with heartburn if I go to bed hungry :/ but I'm too tired to move my arse off the sofa!

Much prefer sleeping content on a full stomach. I quite often wake up and snack, even if it's just a banana or something.

I dont like to sleep just after I've eaten. I got home from work at 11, having not eaten all day. So I had an apple, but now.my stomach is grumbling

I'm in bed cos I can't be bothered to cook. Plus no bread for toast, and no milk for tea. I'd kill for McDonalds though lol

Being diabetic I should have a snack before I go to bed to prevent my blood sugar from dipping too low in the night. It should have both carbs and protein but more carbs I think.
