Yes. We are on our second one and gave had one in the back garden for six years now.
You need to keep on top of maintenance and chemical balance. Overall it is a great thing to have and we use it two or three nights in the week and big mornings at weekend. |

Used to have one.
They are nice, more so in the evening than anything else. They are a pain in the arse because you either need to keep them heated or plan when you use it. Newer ones might be more efficent but keeping the bugger heated (not fully, but to enough of an extent so it warms up in a reasonable time) cost a quite a bit.
They are amusing - when you are in it you have to talk louder to hear each other but if you stand a metre away all you hear is two people talking very loudly and clearly. Especially after having a few drinks.
I doubt I'll get another but it was fun while it lasted. |

According to our smart meter the hot tub costs £50 / month to keep heated. Considering neither of smoke and we don't go to the pub... We can live with that considering how much we both love if. |

Constantly or just to a reasonable temperature? That doesn't sound too bad.
We started to use our less and less and it just didn't seem worthwhile taking it when we moved (buyer atraction).
I do miss it occasionally. |

Ditto
We used ours lots, most evenings & the kids loved it when they were little but the running costs were prohibitive. And when there was a problem we had to wait 10 weeks for a part to arrive from
Canada.
I'd love another one at some point though, I believe they're much more cost effective to run now.
