Ok, you have been chosen and you need to do a menu and some entertainment, what do you go for??
Starter:
Pan fried scallops, pea puree, crispy pancetta
Main
Filet of beer (medium rare), roasted vegetables, dauphinoise potatoes and red wine sauce
Dessert
Chocolate mousse with raspberries and raspberry sauce
Entertainment, some background music and let the conversation flow. |

Starter: sharing platter and various dips
Main course: bbq chicken mini fillets with chilli chips served with asparagus (inspired by meal i love from local
Harbourside restaurant in Whitehaven)
Dessert: Sticky toffee pud served with cream, or ice cream
Followed coffee and cheese and biscuits. |
