I watch programs that interest me, and generally record most of them (it means I don't have to watch the advert for something I'm never likely to buy). I will have a few hours to watch them as and when, but other than that I listen to music mostly

LONDON (se)

I have done for about 3 months when mine broke. I did get a new one but it stayed unplugged until my children learnt to get along.

Central

Ive gone years without watching tv and it was a great time. I have one now and use it for either lazy chilling or watching something intelligent, like history or wildlife stuff. Celebrity big brother eviction tonight btw - that falls into the first category

I could very easily live without a tv. When I'm alone I rarely turn it on

I can live without TV but not music. I have had a couple of spells where I didn't have a TV for a few years and found I got out and socialised more.

I found that the bit of sport I wanted to watch (sky have the vast majority of coverage) I make my way to the Pub have a glass or two and I watch it there,

I like to curl up on the sofa with a film at a night. Although I could go a few weeks if I had some decent books

Yeah, I could get rid of mine and have thought about it a few times. I stopped watching as a conscious decision a few years ago. Only kept it to watch the DVD's I've got on a bigger screen than the laptops. My TV is more a living room ornament these days

Got rid of the license back in march and no problems so far. Still use TV for consoles and DVDs but don't miss reg telly at all.

Music is everywhere in our house but again radio is not a big thing either.

Your blackjacks are safe

I wouldn't miss it. I listen to the wireless a lot, instead and read an awful lot.

Yes as long as I can still get my news feed from the radio or the internet.

I only turn the idiot box on once or twice a week but that is only to watch DVD box sets or a film.
