I think the Chillow is the best invention ever.
Although I am now tempted by the More Space Place desk bed. All the crap on the desk remains in place as you flip it into a bed. Perfect! |

It has an inbuilt connection lead , I plugged iPod into it. |

A new high tech way to keep cool.
Good for headaches, sunburn, hot feet, hot flushes or just to cool down
Also suitable to combat high temperatures or increased body heat due to medication
Helps you to sleep during hot weather
Size: Extra Large 90cm x 120cm

The Chillow is simple and effective. They have a full body version but I just used the pillow sized one at my head or sometimes at my feet.

The Chillow and squirting lavender on my bed saved my life. Well, probably saved someones as I was ready to kill going through the menopause with the lack of sleep.
