and very frustrated all at the same time.....head is spinning....lol

Grateful because having broken my back 14 years ago...I can still walk and have most of the movement back in my legs
.

Frustrated because I have just walked the 7 mile round trip to the shop to get my newspapers and I feel like my legs are ready to drop off....FFS I used to be able to run 7 miles without breaking into a sweat......now I feel like I am ready to keel over and die  |

They have wonderful mechanical means of transport now ya know
I know ya isolated up there and ya Internet is probably wind up not dial up
But have a look see they are called bicycles xx  |

my legs and back aren't up to cycling that far yet....can manage 3 miles just now....but the training gets serious next week |
