I use mine for guys I like the look of and may message in the future
I keep an eye on their status's because if it turns out they're miserable or less than discreet about people they have met then I take them off |

Nobody in ours, never really seen the point of it, if you like someone add them as a friend and message them, if you don't then don't
Although I've just thought if your a single man and the couple don't want men you can't so maybe it is for them |

"Regular perv material "
This.
Plus those posting dodgy (borrowed from t'internet ones) pics, those we want to perhaps keep an eye on to see if they last more than a week or two after they've messaged us (we rarely open messages in any hurry and it's common that they're UNLOS after a day or two!), those that may one day end up on the friends list (we don't add til we've met) - and other reasons.
A pure 'hotlist' it most definitely is not!

I find that the trouble with messaging everyone is that they all want to meet up,we don't play often and we have friends already so id rather keep them in the hotlist instead of wasting their time befriending them and not meeting them until months down the line |

We use our hotlist for people we would eventually like to play with. It's more anonymous than friends i.e. they don't get notified that we fancy them This is good for us at the moment because we're not yet swinging.. so we're just building up a hotlist and when we do finally crack into action it'll be the first place we go to
It's also a good place to store names of lovely sexy people who live a little further afield... just in case we head their way at some point |

You can use the hotlist for whatever purpose you like....
We use ours for a few reasons..
Add those that we are interested in but not ready to contact yet.
Add those that we like perving but live too far away.
Lastly use it to keep an eye on the drama queens who's status updates etc make us laugh. |

I use mine for a few different reasons, but essentially it serves as a wish list.
I've put some people on there that I may be unable to contact at the moment because I may be just outside their current age range, or they're not looking for single guys at present etc - I have seen that some users vary their criteria from time to time. Some do, some don't.
Some others are on there that I'm definitely keen on, but live that bit further away and at present its not possible to meet due to the distances involved. I'm not suggesting that they'll move closer, but in the future I may be in a better position to travel to them or even book a hotel nearer to them - just can't right now.

the hotlist? No.. the hotlust, more like my secret "she's lovely..mmmm" is there.
Mind you, it's not totally secret, think occasionally a couple of the members might suspected they might be on it hehe x |

"There are many uses OP.
Some use it as a 'todo' list, some to keep an eye on enemies, some too shy to message but fap at pics.
Personally I use it a murder list. "

I use it for people who I haven't spoken to extensively but would like to know better, so it's easier to find them without clogging up my inbox...plus you see updates from them |

I think it would be a nice extra feature to the hotlist if, when you added someone you were given the option of whether or not you wanted the user to be notified that you were adding them to your hotlist - kind of an indicator that you liked them.
I get that this is probably what 'winks' were intended for, but so many people seem to have different ideas of what winks are for.
Also, winks are only possible if messaging is possible, whereas a notification of being added to a hotlist would be a system message.
It's just a thought. |
