came accross a guy recently who used to turn every conversation round to his OMEGA watch. within a few minutes he was always passing this watch riound the entire company and we were meant to be in total awe. What a fucking prick and he has totally turned me against OMEGA watches for ever.  |

There was a group making YouTube videos that featured a guy trying to pull hot girls. At first they turn him down but then the guy goes to a car like a Lamborghini or Ferrari and instantly the girls change there tune!!
The he turns them down for being shallow. |

Material assets overall mean nothing to me. Like some I also like guys on bikes, but it is the person that is either interesting or not. Often what guys find alluring is something that means little to women, and its sort of where guys should all have a car shag fest with each other, tweaking their mutual egos and substitute cocks so they can all have one huge spunkshower together. I havent read the thread, maybe there are people of all genders that are swayed by a car. |

On a couple of occasions men tried to pick me up when I was out in my Impreza. One tried to chat me up in a petrol station by trying to persuade me to swap my Scoob for his Astra. 
Oh, and a Sky installer gave it the "Is that your car? What does your boyfriend think of it?" routine when he came to install Sky and saw it parked outside. He really wanted me to take him out in it, but my housemate was out at the time, so I had to stay in whilst his mate installed Sky.
I'd probably have taken him out in it but he was a bit young for me to be interested in. |

I didn't choose the car I drive to impress anyone but me.
Nor did I buy a car to 'fit in'
My car does reflect my personality a little, in that it's not part of the crowd, dares to be different, doesn't follow trends, is quirky and so on.
It's a sexy car - but I don't expect it to get me laid. I would hope that my personality should be able to do that |

There's a video on you tube where a couple of guys prank some random girl: the first drives up in an old banger as she's walking down the road and offers her a lift.. she ignores him and on his 3rd time of asking she says she doesn't accept lifts from strange men as he might be a nutter. He apologises and drives off.
The second guy a couple minutes later turns drives up in a black Ford Mustang, silver rims, yellow interior,.. offers her a lift. She stops, looks at the guy, then the car, thinks for like 10 seconds and says "Okay", as they set off the guy comments its good to meet nice trusting people, especially as she doesn't know him, she says he "seems like a nice guy", then the guy says "What about my friend? He asked you the same question 2 minutes before but you didn't think he was a nice guy?" |

I know it happens but I don't understand it.
I know a dentist and he's constantly surrounded by women who have purely material interest in him.
One asked him on the second date if he'd buy her a horse!
He is easily distracted by a beautiful face and he tends to go for stunning women, many of whom seem to think they can live off their beauty and expect to have a lavish lifestyle provided for them.
They want him for his income and he wants them for their beauty.
Unfortunately for him, he has yet to find a beautiful woman who appeals to him on an intellectual level too, (because obviously he's quite bright), and they soon annoy him.
And unfortunately for them, he isn't into the idea of funding a luxury lifestyle for them whilst they shop, lunch and go to expensive spas. |

I bought a really cheap but great looking Saab convertible, women have told me it's a lovely car.
but it makes no difference when it comes to sleeping with them!
I'm sure I'm actually LESS attractive because of it.
I don't care. My car is fun to drive with the roof down (which I do a lot) and I love it!!!!!! (Women don't! It messes up their hair)
If a women only wanted me because she liked it then she obviously isn't the kind of lass I want to meet!
I'm sure top of the range cars lambo, Ferrari etc make a difference but that's because these girls couldn't get on Geordie Shore so they think their luck has changed |

When we began dogging ( before it had a name) Pip would always be more interested if a class/executive type car pulled up next to us rather than an old Cortina or Austin Maxi! She said it was a measure of the Guy driving.

Yea, well there are a lot of material people around...and don't get me wrong, if there's a guy I like damn straight I'd prefer him to have a nice car!! My first social on here pitched up in his 160k mercedes AMG and I just laughed and called him a flash git, but I still smiled as I settled into the plush leather upholstery, haha, and enjoyed the envy of all the sales reps at our Brands Hatch outing!

I would probably sleep with some girl I didn't fancy for a drive in a nice car though. But we are talking lotus, Ferrari, any 60's American muscle car etc. Your VW better wouldn't cut it! Lol

I saw another YouTube vid. Lamborghini vs Sailor Jerry's rat rod. When the 2 guys driving them parked up for lunch they noticed that guys looked at the lambo and girls looked at the Rat rod.
