Probably most of you already heard it... but i have just been told having pampas grass in your garden is symbol/indicator of swinging, and guess what by coincidence I got a massive one at the front of my house looool god knows what my neighbours and passers by have been thinking for the last ten years loooool |

That 'myth' is as old as the army wives putting boxes of OMO in their kitchen windows as a way of indicating that the 'old man's out' - has anyone ever dared to knock on the door of anyone with am OMO box on display? |

lol my elderly parents have just moved to a new bungalow and I took them to a garden centre last weekend for a few bits and pieces ..... I had to chuckle to myself when my 86 year old step-dad asked my mum if she wanted a pampas grass for the front garden

As much as I enjoy a bit of retro, this is so '60s /' 70s - and not in a good way (like pussy that looks like it is the final resting place of some old ex serviceman's busby)!
