I have a particular encounter that ways heavy on my mind.

I know it's been and done but I can't help dwelling on it. Think I would go there again too.

It can't make you feel that bad if you'd do it again...

Guilt is a wasted emotion. Whatever it is has been done and can't be changed. There's little point feeling bad about it. Chalk it down to experience and move on.

I do feel bad and then I try and toughen up and think nobody cares about me so why should I care about any of them. I'm afraid I'll be caught in one of them moments or the fact I REALLY didn't feel bad at the time.

I wouldn't dwell on it

If you feel this bad about it now, you'll probably feel the same, if not more after your second encounter

I know the feeling that nobody cares about us or what we do. I have had guilt feelings myself but not much to be done really. If you enjoyed yourself, then do it again. good luck x

Is someone being hurt or damaged in any way by it? If so recognise the guilt as a sign not to do it again. If not why the guilt?

Good answer. I don't do things that would make me feel guilty, so I virtually never feel it. You need to find your own integrity and act according to it I think.

I think we've all got regrets, but generally it's not worth dwelling on. Just go out and buy some waterbombs instead

No can't say I've ever had guilty feelings after an encounter.
