When I have to do new throws in my martial arts class. I hate doing them and having them done to me. I always think, today is the day I may really hurt myself. I've seen some pretty injured people in that class.

I stepped out of mine today and bought a Sat Nav. I can't work out how to register it with the computer for map upgrades as the USB end I have doesn't fit and so I can't charge it indoors either.

I pretty much gave up on the concept of a comfort zone years ago as I found it too restrictive for personal development.
Sure, I have no-go areas, but I'm always looking to try new things in all aspects of my life.
In the start up phase of setting up my own company for the first time in my life - so you could say that I was way outside of any comfort zone  |

For me it was on a sailing course, I had to plan a passage from one place to another at night. It was not far to go and we never left sight of land, but we nearly ran aground once. Most of the things I do recently I have done for years so it is routine, at the end of the night sail I was happy to have done it. |
