I only wear them at work and formal functions. I got used to not wearing any as a homeless teenager due to practicality, got completely used to it, and now it only feels normal when I am not wearing any. Strange, but true.

Never had a problem with this. Always take some extra caution with zippers though. Circumcision not being a factor in this of course.
