I've recently started a new job that requires me to be very active. Before this job I didn't work for a year. Good news is: I've lost 6lbs this week. Bad news: I'm not used to the exercise, so my feet are killing me, my knees keep locking and I'm exhausted!
Anyone fancy rubbing my feet?
Also any tips on the best way to recover after a long day on my feet?!
Ps. I know I'm a wuss! |
