Kevs post just reminded me that when at school I ate 4 raw onions for Comic Relief, its a good people repellant I must say, so what's the weirdest or stupidest thing you've done to raise money for a good cause. |

i did a sky dive for a hospice that ad cared for a close friend, 12,000 feet with just a pair of purple pants and a funny wig, was very fun, but was also feb the 18th and a tad chilly on the willy,
would do anything silly in the name of a good charity again if it ever comes up on here...keep me in mind.
help for heroes, cancer charities, children charities are my main ones,
anyone up for pushing the boat out and doing a naked bungee?? possibly body painted? |

at uni i shaved all my hair off for homeless and routeless it was quite long too |

did a charity Full Monty once with great results for the children's ward at a local hospital at the time. ooh forgot to mention it was at a massive biker event too think it raised £1500 on the day and more came in at the end of the event via the collection buckets as people left |

i did the swim leg of a relay triathlon last year in open water....i was lapped after 150 yds but i made it to the end took me 32 minutes ....i was on cloud nine for days it was such a buzz !!!there werent too many other grannies with a knee replacement competing i can tell you !!!
im gonna do the tandem parachute thing this year if my doctor lets me ? |

Walked a path of broken glass for Wish upon a Star.
Tandem jump for an MS charity.
Bungee jumped for Help for Heros.
Abseiled 300ft for a cancer charity.

Once did a wax strip the flag which was horrendous.
It involved all participants having 6 wax strips applied to the body. The one who had the last strip rived off their body won. After you have had 2 ripped you find you can do 100m in about 9 seconds |
