PT said i need to eat 25g of protein within 20 minutes of a hard work out.
Whaddya know, Ben & Jerry's has 4.8g per 100ml so a full tub is near enough for me. |

Ben and Jerrys has considerably more fat than cottage cheese about 20g's more.
Eat low fat cottage cheese. Normal cottage cheese has around 4.8g of fat so not a lot |
