I keep getting cramp in my legs! Ive done a hell of a lot more exercise over the past 2 months than I've ever done... And i keep waking up in the middle of the night with awful cramp! Its sooo painful and feels like I'm being electrocuted! I get that I'm toning the muscles up but why does it hurt so damn much?! Any insight would be helpful! |

"Best relief is to stand on an uncarpeted floor..put ur foot straight forward and press on ur knee"
I do the 'good toes, bad toes' thing that I was taught in ballet when i was about 5 xD takes a while but does relieve it eventually. If I didn't have to crawl down the stairs to find an uncarpeted floor then I'd give it a go! Thank you, though |

"I'm barely eating... Could that be the problem??
Yeah it can be a huge factor "
I've been unable to keep food down for a couple of weeks now (yes I'm gonna go see the doctor!) So what can I do in the meantime? |

Wrap a towel really tightly around your leg and tuck it in, the heat will get rid of the cramp, or put it between someones legs. Sounds weird but works ! |

Ahh is that why the cold weather the past few night has made it worse? |

"Dioralyte sachets to help replace electrolytes."
They taste like shit though lol
If you can't keep food down they probably are a good option. Also tonic water as the quinine in it helps with cramps etc. |

Doctor is the best option. Blood tests won't hurt and he will look at your vomiting problem too. You can get seriously ill if you starve your body of nutrients both mentally and physically |

Definitely try tonic water. Quinine helps it a lot. |
