Sweet almond oil. You can add essential oils to scent it and give a therapeutic effect but you can also use it as it.

A half litre bottle is under two quid in Asian and afro Caribbean shops.

Just remember to check for nut allergies with your playmates.

It soaks in, is not greasy and is great for the skin.

But all oils will rot rubber so if you are splashing it about liberally and use condoms consider using a silicone lube. You can get it from sex.shops, Ann summers and love honey.

Oh and to save your bedding get an asda smart price shower curtain.

i bought one for letsbe as part of his 'so proud of you' package i got him after his boxing match. It was from boots, not too expensive but it smells nice (he didnt get a massage after his boxing match but he did massage one of my calves the other night....we got a bit distracted before he did the other one )

Lush massage bars are pretty cheap, smell amazing and don't get quite so messy

I like a lot of Elemis too, but its not needed to buy expensive stuff. Aloe vera based products are also great for massage, and great for the skin. A therapist I see only uses essential oils in it.

Just plain and simple olive oil is nice on the skin - a light one, not EVOO! You're likely to already have it, you can use it for cooking so it won't get wasted and if you want a nice smell add a couple of drops of essential oil to your oil poured out for massaging. Less of an allergy issue than any nut oils, too But never use too much - a greasy slick is no fun

Personally (as an aromatherapist) I'd blend 2 or 3 carrier oils and then choose a blend of 2-3 essential oils - but that's another issue. Keep it easy and go for OO

Thanks for advise...seems complicated to get the balance correct of carrier oils(olive oil? and essential oils ?? lavender/ginger etc
