Anyone tried the new ? Comes in a green can.
Asda are doing a 1.75l bottle for £1 so thought I'd try it.
Best way I can describe it is that it tastes like normal on 1st contact with the mouth, then it has a watery aftertaste. |

"It's not bad.
It's 10g less sugar per portion than normal full fat , the red label.
The sugar in life is plant not chemicals"
The 'normal' Coke has 139 calories where as the 'Life' version has 89.
I can't understand who It's aimed at but it reminds me of why there is a Coke 0 AND a diet Coke.
Apparently Men won't buy diet as they assume its a 'Womans' drink so they brought out Coke 0 for Men |

I would guess it is aimed at people like me, who don't want all the sugar thats in full fat , but will not touch any of the fake, man-made sweeteners.

No aspartame (sp?), it contains sugar and stevia which a natural sweetener with no calories.
So it's less calorific than red but contains less sugar and no chemical sweetener. |

Going back to its roots. Personally I have no problem with "regular" Coke. It's the best tasting of the three (regular, Diet or Zero). And it's a hell of a lot better than Pepsi. |

We've just given up fizzy drinks in this house. We haven't had any for two weeks now. I've lost four and a half pounds , Mrs P three pounds and my daughter two.
It's saving us a few quid as well. |

Green is better for you than red but worse for you than diet , had a bottle over the weekend and tasted crap to me, been on diet now for 2 months
For those reading this and are concerned with cost's, go to your local lidl (and worth a drive if one's not local)there both red and diet taste the same as coca cola but is only 47p a bottle
We have lidl round the corner and a good stock at home so never run out hehe |

I drink 2 cans a day of Coca-Cola have done for the last 10 yrs.I buy the 30 can cases of it which cost around £10 which is a huge saving on the cost.As someone said on here it is very addictive. I can do without certain things during the day but not my 2 cans. |

Coke is addictive, the only time I have it is wiv a Malibu in otherwise I might have the occassional diet
I also believe sugar is also an addiction but doctors don't believe that, as I went cold turkey of all things sugary. |
