Ha ha, whatever next... free plastering? Free mechanics on a car? Theres loads of free diet and fitness stuff on internet for you to do yourself, if a pt is willing to work for free they will always be busy |

Shouldn't need a PT, 1st use a smaller plate, 2nd eat 4-5 times daily small portions instead filling up on big meals, 3rd go walking/running 4th drink water it's the simple things.
Time and dedication is key! |

Press ups/sit ups before and after bed slowly increase through the week simple easy and works a treat.

Drink at least 2 litres a day and two cups of Green Tea.
The fruity varieties are better to taste in my opinion.
30 minutes of exercise 4 days a week together with a healthy diet (plenty of fruit and veg) and you'll see results.
Discipline and dedication is the key. |

I'm training to be a p/t but currently resting after a hill climb mud obstacle race yesterday (5k) and badly twisting my ankle doing it (still completed though!) |

There is a tremendous difference between fantasy to be prostitute (role playing) and being prostitute.
Even if both two persons are perfectly entitle to do whatever they want with their sex life.
The same fantasy of rape and actual rape.

Remember to build up to tough mudder - there are many shorter, similar style races that actually let you see if you like them. I've done a few 5ks in a similar style now and love them, so am now going to train towards tough mudder and still keep on with the 5ks as well (its totally different running, as its the mental challenge of keeping going, wet, muddy, cold and feeling knackered) |

I'm doing something similar to Tough Mudder in November. An 8k assault course.
If it goes well we are doing Tough Mudder next year. Can't wait. Really excited about it. Just need to practice monkey bars!! |
