So who would you recommend in boots or a department store to go to for some skin testing and samples ? My skin seems to have changed loads since lost weight so want to try some stuff before I fork out loads !

Clinique are always good for advice & their products are lovely ~ maybe at the higher end of the 'reasonably priced' market.

Bits of exema but also bumpy bits and a few spots . Never had spots before

You mentioned losing weight - are you eating a lot of Weight Watchers foods? I just wondered as they are pack full of additives.

Vitamin D has been shown to be beneficial for skin complains such as eczema.

No I'm on sw so eating nothin processed all fresh fruit veg and meat

Clinique skincare products really irritate my skin and set my eczema off badly!

Philosophy products are good.

I like Avene products.

The Bepanthen baby moisturiser for extra sensitive skin is good too.
