Want to remortgage my house and get my ex name of the mortgage

She's fully ok with it

But my credit rating is pretty poor

Any help pleaseeeee

I can only talk from experience.

We needed 16% deposit to be accepted because we've never had credit as we've always paid everything in full.

I can imagine the bank will want more money the lower your score

I'm in the house now just want to borrow money to do it up etc needs loads doing
