Nope! I'm female - I run and cycle and all I want to do when I get home is drink lots of water and sleep! You're obviously not working hard enough! that said, I'm am kinda jealous it makes you fel that way! |

Leg weights work outs/exercise in men do increase your sexual desire because it releases more testosterone..so if you want 2 feel extra horny just work on your legs.. |

All I know it makes me perform better in bed :p
I do agree it does increase the libido and it does make you sleepy.
The sleepy is short term the performance and libido is generally medium term.
The health benefit is long term |
