I do martial arts but the full contact sport is having a negative effect on my poor body (basically, I'm too old for this type of sport) so, I've passed the advert on one of the digi channels (and I'm sure most of you have too), and thought, it could be a good way to maintain my level of fitness, I'm already cycling 28 miles a day for work and run 5 miles at the weekend, but twice a week I'm currently doing 2 hours of intense workout and fighting.
Has anyone tried the workout or know of someone who has, and the results they got? |

Yeah, I do it twice a year and it's the hardest thing I've ever done.
Like all circuit training, you can push yourself as much as you like but this is intense my friend, and you will get fitter than you've ever been....
You'll only get those results on tv if you follow the nutrition guide - which is a challenge in itself.

yeah don't plan to change the diet to be honest, its just the physical workout I'm interested in, i don't fancy having bulging muscles like that, personally i don't find it very attractive. |
