Ok for all the ladies here can you explain this.
I was chatting to someone on here, we got on,swapped face pics and became fab friends after chatting a while. Arranged a first drink social meet for tomorrow. Spoke this morning and she said she was good for tomorrow. Then without notice I am now blocked. I could understand if I had sent a nasty message but we were getting on well ???? Confused.com |

It's a woman's prerogative to change her mind.
Could have been literally ANYTHING. The length of your fingernails, the way you pronounce either, the brand of toothpaste you use . . .

Maybe cold feet ? just could not do it. Some bottle out as nerves or maybe married or men around and cant cope. Better to find out now then her not turn up. |

There's changing your mind and there's wasting someone's time. I think the fact she blocked him pretty much guarantees the latter. Let's call it for what it is. |

I wouldn't let it bother you, it's a part of fab, probably won't be the last time it happens (hopefully it is though) just move on, plenty of nice folks on here. |

Had you spoken on the phone?
Was she verified?
It could just be that if she was actually a female that she got cold feet and didn't have the guts to say so,the block button is a very easy way to avoid having to deal with an awkward situation,or she was just on a mega wind up and had no intention of meeting at all

It just happens sometimes, ive had it where i have been talking to someone next thing you know your blocked, not everyone has the balls to tell you they have changed their mind so find the block button an easier option |

I don't think of it as timewasting now unless I turn up and they don't.
It's not very grown-up if you have been chatting but for an adult site not everyone on here is a grown-up.

Don't be concerned by the threat of blocks. All it means is that there are one or two people that you won't be able to contact from the thousands on here, if you aren't compatible it doesn't really matter |

It could have been for any number of reasons... Cold feet. . Caught on site. .. fake profile. . Real life issues. .

I had a well verified guy do pretty much the same thing. He winked at me, fab'd some of my pics so I messaged. Arranged a social and blocked me the day we'd arranged. He later set up a new profile and was back fabbing my pics, needless to say, I didn't bother messaging that time! Who knows why people do that, its annoying but just move on, it didn't happen for a reason. |
