Take time to talk with them socially first so that all are relaxed, then talk about for instance ideas of what they would like the ideal meet to be. Don't go too much on alcohol as that can easily tip from being a relaxant to showing you up.

It's advisable to find out any definite boundaries before the meet - you don't want everything going great and then the mood/atmosphere to change instantly because you've done something (oh I don't know - called her a slut, shoved a finger up her bum, stripped off to reveal frilly knickers) that could easily have been avoided had you had advanced warning.
