Just done day 1 (fitness test) getting worried!
Ran my first marathon in just over 3 hours, but this is a completely different thing, and something I'm not used to, so it's going to be a big challenge. Bring it on!

Time will tell, but I'm a pretty determined sort, once fully committed to something.
I want to complete the 60 days, then work the odd session from it into my running workout programme. The squats, jumps, and maintaining core strength, should help my running, as well as (hopefully) getting a fit bod! |
