Finishing off a bar of Chocolate, glass of red in hand and off to Silverstone tomorrow for a circuit day on Saturday. I get to drive a couple of my dream cars around tge famous circuit and meet up with some good friends.
Puts a very bright silver lining on what has been a bit of a cloudy period emotionally

Been to the boozer. Two large glasses of vino. Home to cook dinner. Packed my bag. Eating dinner. Watching Emmerdale (shurrup it's my guilty pleasure). Off work till Tuesday. Driving to Manchester tomorrow. In my fabulous new car. Spending the weekend with my best mate. Four days off work. Did I mention my new car?  Manchester Pride. Friends. Nonsense. Happy days!

A very emotional and possibly sad weekend . Would have been our second wedding anniversary . But will be spent with close friends and family , reflecting on the past and hopefully reliving happy memories . |

Off for my yearly pilgrimage to Leeds festival. Today by myself then the weekend with my 7 year old girl, it's her fourth year running and she a bigger rocker than me and such good taste in music already x |

Gran canaria and salou in between too. We love our holidays... 
We will make the most of this one as we have a house to renovate so won't be able to afford the jollies for a long time! Grrr!

My weekend starts now and the drinks are on me. I'm celebrating getting a new role that starts in September and the online tracking of my washing machine and tumble dryer says that all is well for delivery tomorrow.

Our first visit to a local club (secrets) tonight,dancing and drinking all night with friends at a northern soul night Sunday, then off to London Monday for sightseeing, alton towers tuesday with family, shopping in Birmingham Wednesday then drive home.
So not up to much, pretty quiet really... |
