I had next day delivery and it never came last night, I complained £30 gift card coming my way..... it never came today, £50 gift card coming.

Brilliant  .
British Gas sent notice they were putting up the price of the annual boiler service on their homecare agreement by 33%. I phoned to tell them I was cancelling the Homecare agreement and that I thought the price increase was extorionate.
To encourage me not to leave they reduced the entire bill by 10%. Effectively that meant the boiler service was now free. Result!  |

I am currently resolving a breach of my data protecion by one of the high street banks, a guy who I did investments with 5 years ago called me last week to say he taken redundancy from the bank and he would like to come and see me as he has set up his own business...
on my 'mobile' and the only way he would know that would be if he taken it from the bank records.. |
