Seriously?
I find his jokes to be the same calibre as those you find in Christmas Crackers, just not funny at all.
Who would you consider the best stand up comedian?
Robin Williams (RIP)
Peter Kay
Steven Wright
Micky Flannigan
Miles Jupp
are deffo worth watching |

Horses for courses. Time Vine, Milton Jones and Gary Delaney specialise in one-liners. They all come out with that many, that if one's a miss, it doesn't matter as another will be along in 30 seconds.
Other comedians build a scenario, lead you up a path and then land you somewhere else you weren't expecting, such as Adam Staunton, Caimh McDonnell and so on.
I thought it was funny, myself, although I have a thing for the absurd. |

To be fair to him, it's just some people that watch a number of shows and vote on the best one liner.
In the interview I heard with him today, he even admitted it wasn't that good.
I love Tim Minchin as he is very clever with music and stand up rolled into one show. There are some great comedians out there at the moment though. |

I like one liners, you must have to have an incredible memory to deliver that many jokes without fucking up though.
Steven Wright told what I consider a brilliant joke:
I was born by Caesarean section... But not so you'd notice. It's just that when I leave a house, I go out through the window. |

Michael Macintyre is my favourite at the moment! A mate is taking me to see him - will be the first time I've ever seen a comedian live!! Shame I have to wait over a year
Can't beat Lee Evans. Tim vine is funny, Milton Jones too. I am also quite getting into John Bishop too, and finding him quite sexy :O |

I've got tickets for Lee Evans and John Bishop, but didn't bother with McIntyre this time, as with booking fee it was £40 and he's not worth it. |

Yeah I could rattle quite a few more off but didn't want to bore the tits off everyone, we all have different taste in who's funny, I just put a few of my favourites, there are others. |

Does anyone remember Les Dawson doing standup?
"I was born at a very early age; 3 weeks. It was a small stork and a strong headwind.
When I first went to school I was the teacher's pet. She used to keep me in a cage at the back of the classroom.
At 4 I was the only kid in the street with a gun. At 5 I was the only kid in the street." |
