Define it better, someone you have been talking to that decline a meet is someone being selective, only those that arrange a meet allow you to get there and have no intention of turning up are time wasters, and we have not come across any of those on here. I have had customers that want to talk for hours about how it's made, what wood it is then make a £20 purchase they are time wasters to me. |

If it is happening on a regular basis the one thing in common is you! I don't meet on this profile so no issues, but on our couples profile we only once had an attempted time waster, and they were so obvious we called their bluff on about the third message. |

For me time wasters are profiles that reply to messages, give an impression of interest and then try to juggle too many people that they reply to well crafted messages with a one word answer , maintain the pretence they are vaguely interested yet have no intention of making any effort
Of course they are time wasting, the first 3 or 5 single word answers or lol or mmmms could be them having a life other than fab but naw it's not but it's only wise to give the benifit of doubt x

My time wasters are - anyone who would never meet but deceives along the way about their intentions - which may include no shows/cancellations that were never to be fulfiled or just pretended to get a cyber-thrill and not forgetting those at selected universities doing research into my habits  I am a time waster - of my own time - if I ignore my gut feelings, based on past experiences, about who/what is not appropriate for me, or that I feel is dishonest. A lot of this comes down to dishonesty - so anyone not being honest is the black hole sucking in all time, space, matter and energy thats around. |

Are they really clear signs ? No they indeed are not. They are potentially signs of many reasons . You're a girl you can dismiss a man for any trivial reason because there will be more potentially good to follow
In boy world it's not the same . After one one word answer I often might say ah sorry I bothered you I can tell you're not interest to which one receives no ooo you're lovely I was busy bla bla . So one crafts another interesting message only to receive mmmm lol . So one gives benifit of doubt, we need to you gals dont. And it goes on until usually quite swiftly, I block n move on |

Hunny one thing I am not is desperate. I think you are giving an opinion without any experience of the senareo.
I have met a number of lovely ladies who have gone through a one word busy stage.
I think you to be ignorant IF you think that behind every profile that claims to be female, is a genuine female who wants to meet somebody. Some are men some are teenage girls some are too shy and no you can't immediately determine who is genuine . Some but not all.
Why try to revive this question does illustrate ignorance you may have another 100 fine stallions to move to next so if one omits a full stop good block n move on in man world that's differant even for us who are successful
I don't complain about lack of meets I do well thanks however
In my area who match my preference there are 15 ladies profiles who have logged on in last 3 days
3 of whom I'm chatting with 2 of whom started off well gone through 3 days of single words one of which has begun to converse properly and the other offline
Your patronising condescending tone may well be your well thought out opinion but it is one of simplistic ignorance
Some profiles waste time some deliberate some malicious some just very very shy .
It is not rude or wingey to discuss such profiles and their attributes  |

Timewasters are great.
Unsung heroes of the internet.
When everybody else is too busy to put time aside, those time wasters are always on hand to stop and shoot the shit with you.
Why, some random guy stopped by only this afternoon to wish me a good day. don't know why he had to show me his dick at the same time, like. Do you suppose that's how they shake hands in Eastern Europe? |
