I am soooo tired today. Woke up feeling like I've been drugged and just can't shake it...

What are your favourite/best pick me ups guys?

A kilo of Columbian cocaine is pretty good.......failing that a strong java coffee is fine

1 hour in a compression chamber at 3 bars pressure. Fix you wonderfully.

Try a turbo boost. Get a pint glass fill it with and a can of energy drink. Add half dozen spoonfull of sugar and couple spoonfull of coffee. Then neck it. You will soon be bouncing off the wall.

Depends why I'm tired. If it's lack of energy a light snack of fruit or a yoghurt and light exercise

You'd have to peel her off the ceiling with that.

Something to eat like toast and Jam,Coffee then a walk for half an hour.

Not a cure but will get your body going again.

Oh by the way if you feel like you have been drugged check you have not been drugged

I think a walk in the fresh air , blow the cobwebs away or I find if I go swimming or to the gym I feel more energised...in fact off there soon as missed a few sessions and felt out of sorts but sometimes life gets in the way...hope you pick up soon.

If the walk doesn't quite fix it, search for some easyish yoga, if you're not experienced, and try out some stretches alongside good, slow deep breathing.

I'd avoid the high sugar options, as it's likely to cause crashes later on, and you could feel worse again.

Tea or coffee as desired. And some rest, as maybe your body's telling you that you need some restorative time. Don't have caffeine late today, but wind down as gradually as you can - though maybe today won't get hyper anyway.

And some good loving at the appropriate point

Lol Thanks guys, some lovely suggestions there...

Yeah I'm pretty good with food timings, Yoga/Pilates however just make me very sleepy lol.

You're right I think I need restoration...now where's this fast car?

I had to have a hot one popeye I was freezing. It's bloody cold here today!

Exercise for me, getting out and doing a 10k run tends to help!

Gets me up in the morning.
