London

My very first thread that was closed due to being too big. It's a first.

Part two.

Now I've finished a block of shifts, I'll get my ducks in a line, rally the troops and start on that speed dating thing with my fellow Desirable Women. Xtasia seems to be a good spot so I'll get in touch with Paul and Flirt to see if they like the idea.

As for my grinning and winking like a loon experiment, I got draped over by a d*unk and chatted up by a small, very young but very hopeful man.

Were you randomly winking?

I'm re-writing my profile here and I may delete the profile I have put on the oldies dating site. I think going out and meeting people will work better for me. Maybe the Dinner Dates route again.

I'd better earn some more money.

Dinner Dates sounds fun. I wonder if they have such things in the wilds of deepest Norfolk.

Is it me or is this a really random thread? Or maybe I should go to Xtasia some more?

They are all over, I believe. It is expensive though. I think it's about £200 to join and then you pay for each event you attend. I did it a very long time ago.

Search for Topsy's thread of the same name that got closed earlier. 'All change!'

There was a part 1.

To summarise, Topsy came out that she is looking for more than sex. I then came out that I find myself wanting some strings. Others admitted to getting stringy with other people and then Lucy suggested we need Cilla. Topsy will approach Xtasia to see if an event on get stringy is a good idea. That's what you missed on Soap!

I'm not sure why I'm even discussing strings, since I want shags, not strings.

I was discussing this with a friend yesterday, she was saying - she goes to the same places and does the same things every week, so how does she meet a bloke. I was helping her on the dating site she is on - she kept saying - he's too good looking for me etc. I told her to mail him still, because she could be just what he's looking for.

Do you have a dog? I've decided dog walking is a great ice breaker and I've had some lovely chats with gorgeous guys. If not , borrow a dog !

I spoke to someone the other day who met her hubby at a funeral ! I'm also a firm believer that you'll find someone when you least expect it.

St Cheeky has appeared.

We will require NSA people who are willing to admit they want a bit of stringy sex.

Not unless it's blindfolded with triptans on standby. Not even sleep deprivation could bring on a migraine as strong as your wallpaper could.

I know a pub in West Runton that does a lovely meal if dinner dates are on the cards

I have the solution: Purehoneypot. Someone on another thread is trying to find something and she has found one for him.

We just need Jo to find us men.

Very cryptic. I think there are quite a few blokes here who wouldn't mind admitting a hankering for a relationship. Actually, all they have to do is meet me because, with the exception of ONE person, everybody I've met has ended up in a relationship. Not all of them have worked out but that's the nature of love.

I'm going to do my best to create Swingers Speed Dating Socials.

You saw it here first folks!

I've just deleted my profile on the oldies dating site. One of the questions asking why I am deleting reads, "My partner found me on the site".

I'm going to go out and meet real people able to communicate with more than one word. Plus, I found that the site was being fed by three other sites. I don't want my profile appearing on other sites I don't know about.

My little foray into town today with a positive attitude actually worked very well. I felt very upbeat and caught the eye and got a smile from quite a few people and to top it all, a man I hadn't seen for ages happened to pop into the pub I was in having (yet another) coffee and we sat and had a fabulous catch up.

I shall continue this tomorrow...

I have nothing new to impart. Topsy was to speak to Paul at Xtasia yesterday and I will help if an event comes to pass.

Morning! I've had a chat with Paul and there are plans afoot.

I'm going to round up the team and sort out dates and logistics then I'll put a thread up. Just gimme a chance guys, this working shifts lark does tend to get in the way of stuff!

Aww I wasn't trying to rush that, sorry. I was wondering how the 'smiling at people in coffee shops' was going.
